Exhibition: Piero Fornasetti, The Practical Madness


Today begins the new Musée des Arts Décoratifs exhibition dedicated to Piero Fornasetti (1913-1988). This painter, interior decorator, printer and merchant from Italy has put together a work of art devoted to decoration through trompe-l’oeil and illusions. Over 1000 paintings are presented to the audience, all signed by this incredible artist who was rediscovered by designer Philippe Starck.

“Piero Fornasetti: The Practical Madness” exhibition, from Mach 11th to June 14th 2015.
Open Tuesday - Sunday, from 11am to 6pm.
Night opening on Thursday until 9pm.
