Thé Cool, the trendy restaurant-tea room of the 16th district of Paris is back! This place for cocooning lovers is known for its low-fat cheesecake “la Starlette”, the celebrities’ little weakness. Interior designer Sarah Lavoine redecorated this famous spot with skill: marble bar, Scandinavian furniture, accumulation of mirrors and touches of vibrant yellow. Here, we appreciate the healthy dishes:  the delicious vegetable cake or even the sweet and sour veggie salad made up of quinoa, avocado, rocket, bulgur, cranberries and dried apricots. We let ourselves be tempted by the dessert counter, with the superb lemon meringue pie or the famous Starlette cake with law-fat fromage blanc, without sugar, flour or eggs. Then, we opt for a minute fresh juice, with orange, grapefruit, kiwi, ginger or even with banana. Located nearby the Green Hotels Paris, the Eiffel Trocadéro and the Gavarni, this place is perfect to take a well-earned break after a shopping afternoon in the famous Passy Street.
