Baaga: the new Trocadéro’s burger restaurant
It is at the foot of the Trocadéro and the Green Hotels Paris that Baagaa restaurant opened its doors. What is its speciality? Burgers. They are revisited by Chef Thomas Boutin from Le Vieux Crapaud restaurant (Paris 16th), and use scent of French flavours. In this way, the “Paname” burger, well named, is composed of Comté, button mushrooms, caramelised onions, ham, rocket and ravigote sauce. Just as delicious, the “Copperfield” burger is made from Morbier, baby lettuces, tomatoes confit, gourmet snap peas and Philly sauce. These recipes are surprising, and the fact remains that they are exquisite. They can be savoured on site or taken away. More audacious, the “Wagyu Cipango” burger is made from grilled courgette and aubergine, bleu d’Auvergne cheese and a piquillo sauce. Surprising, the “Wagyu gravlax” is a burger with marinated salmon on gravlax’s way, thin sliced cucumber, red onion, rocket and dill honey lemon sauce. Baagaa also proposes a never before seen version: the “wagyu” Japanese beef burger. Served with fresh French fries flavoured with fleur de sel de Noirmoutier, these dishes will thrill the food lovers!
Open Monday-Friday from 12pm to 2:30pm and from 7pm to 10:30pm, Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 10:30pm.
Set Menu: €15.
