The Galerie des Gobelins features the "L'Esprit et la main" exhibition as part of the 2015 edition of the European Heritage Days. Through reconstructions, this retrospective allows visitors to enter the seven restoration workshops of the Mobilier national, which decorates the Luxembourg Palace, the Elysée Palace, or even the Hôtel Matignon, among others. Visitors are given the opportunity to discover the various art crafts, which ornate these places, as well as the expertise of this craftmen in carpentry, chandelier-making, carpet restoration and tapestry.
