At Hobbes, the veggie brunch is celebrated!

Vegetarian addresses are becoming more and more common on the Parisian gastronomic scene, and what a delight! But what interests us this week, are the vegetarian brunches, and still only a few exist in Paris. Hobbes is an organic vegetarian restaurant, where you can have an excellent brunch on the week-end. It offers classic versions or vegan, light or more substantial, depending on the tastes and desires of each individual. They are made from vegan pancakes decorated with fresh fruit or maple syrup, house granola (mixed with cereal served over yoghurt from cow’s milk or soya depending on the set menu chosen), poached eggs or scrambled tofu, and a choice of a lentil salad, potatoes, kidney beans or quinoa. All of course served with a coffee straight from the Brûlerie de Belleville, a hot chocolate or a tea (worth a mention is the chai tea with rice milk), and pressed juice of the day or a mix. An address that is 100% healthy to discover with the family or with friends.

Open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm, Thursday to Saturday 7pm to 12am, and on Sunday 10am to 4pm.
Brunch starting from €13 to €19, on Saturday and Sunday.
