Ivlo: Italian, vegetarian and organic restaurant!

It’s just nearby the Place de la République, close to the canal Saint-Martin, that Italian Chef Sara Biglieri decided to open her restaurant Ivlo. Behind this name, an Italian, vegetarian, local and organic cuisine is hidden! Dishes are made with ingredients for 90% of biological origin and everything is homemade. Therefore, tagliatelle are cooked from chestnut flour and livened up with a butternut cream. Other dishes which are a must: the vegetarian pasta Bolognese, made from seitan or the vegan chocolate mousse, to enjoy without feeling guilty. The menu changes daily, according to the finds of the market and the desires of the young woman. Ivlo is also famous for its natural wines list from three regions of Italy as well as for the vegan brunch. Indeed, it is possible to indulge yourself on the weekend by tasting dishes which are as good for the environment as for health.

Open from Monday to Saturday (except on Wednesday) from 10:30am to 3:30pm and from 6:30pm to 11pm, on Sunday from 11am to 3pm.
Lunch formula for €15.50 / Brunch for €25.
