Proof is, every week, French website Idécologie (Idea-ecology) sends to its subscribers an email full of simple and easy ideas to preserve the planet and be more eco-friendly on a daily basis. Every aspect of the everyday life is concerned: working life, food, transports, fashion, decoration and children. All the ideas are based on four principles: sustainability (fossil fuels and deforestation are definitely forbidden), local consuming, to lower your carbon footprint, no use of plastics (a major cause of oceans pollution), and reuse, which consists in giving a second life to your possessions thanks to DIY, in order to avoid too much waste and thrash.
