Exhibition: The myth of Cleopatra


The Pinacothèque de Paris holds an exhibition on the agitated life of the last queen of Egypt: Cleopatra VII Thea Philopator. A member of the Ptolemy's dynasty, wife of Marc-Anthony and mistress of Julius Cesar, Cleopatra is now deeply etched in our collective memory. This unprecedented retrospective presents a powerful and yet fragile character, through sculptures, paintings and movie costumes.

Exhibition: "The myth of Cleopatra", from April 10th to September 7th 2014.
Open every day from 10:30am to 6:30pm.
Late opening on Wednesday and Friday until 9pm.
Full rate: from €12 to €13.50 / Concession: from €10 to €11.50.
