Exhibition: Motion Factory


In its exhibition dedicated to the secrets of how a cartoon is made, the Gaîté Lyrique museum unveils the works of around fifteen international artists specialized in animated movie. The public will be shown mock-ups, sketches, wood, paper and plasticine figurines, as well as storyboard archives. For instance, you will learn that it takes 24 images to make one second of movie. Thus you understand that behind any cartoon or animated movie there is a huge amount of work. An event to discover with your family during all summer.

Exhibition: "Motion Factory", from April 24th to August 10th 2014.
Full rate: €7.50 / Concession: €5.50.
