The Stand Up Paddle is invited to the Seine!


The 5th edition of the Nautic SUP Paris Crossing will take place on Sunday the 7th of December, a crossing of Paris on the Seine on a Stand Up Paddle. Organised by the Salon Nautique International de Paris, this course is open to 400 competitors, who have the choice of two routes. Over 11 kilometers, the Loisir route offers the sporty types the possibility of passing between and under the most beautiful bridges in Paris, the Bercy at the Eiffel Tower, in passing by the Pont Neuf, Notre Dame, the Conciergerie and the Musée d’Orsay. A distance of 13.5km, the Pro route, part beautiful, part difficult since in addition to the traditional route, a complete tour of the Ile de la Cité will be made! It’s the unique occasion to rediscover the Seine on a new day.

The departure for the Nautic SUP Paris Crossing will take place from the Bibliothèque Nationale de France at 8am, Sunday the 7th of December 2014.
Access: Quai François Mauriac - 75013 Paris - France - Metro: Bibliothèque François Mitterrand (line 14 and RER C) or Quai de la Gare (line 6).
