Paris Vegan Day 2013 edition, on the theme “Cook for life!”, will focus on cooking. All day long, visitors will be able to take organic cooking lessons with some of the best Chefs in the world. Several conferences will also be held, addressing topics like organic farming, animal ethics and even the basic principles of veganism, in order to have a better understanding of this more and more popular lifestyle. After each conference, speakers will sign their books. Paris Vegan Day will also comprise many stands to discover at the Docks – Cité de la Mode et du Design (City of Fashion and Design), southeast of Paris.
