Pages: signature cooking and neo-cafe in the 16th arrondissement

With its sober decoration conceived by Japanese interior designer Shinku Noda, the Franco-Japanese restaurant Pages is the result of fantasies dreamt by a young boy from Kyushu. Now aged 35, Ryuji Teshima, aka "Teshi", has traveled the world. The cooking experience he gathered as he worked with Alain Senderens and Kobe Desramaults can be identified in his dishes with unique flavors, which he serves at his neo-cafe. In-shell crab with sea lettuce foam, Parmesan and onion breadcrumbs, Noirmoutier potatoes, braised runner-up lamb with corn and cumin condiment... Breathtaking dishes that stir the senses for a unique gustatory experience. The presentation is no less sophisticated: displayed on sublime Shiga ceramic, these dishes with exotic taste can only amaze. A restaurant to discover close to the Green Hotels Paris.

Open from 12pm to 1:30pm, and from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Closed on Sunday and Monday.
Menu at €40.
