Relieve your aches and pains at the Grande Herboristerie


Situated just a stone’s throw away from the lively Place de Clichy, the Grande Herboristerie is a boutique offering the opportunity to be cured by the plants. It stands out particularly in this urban environment thanks to its frontage of a green fir tree adding to the old allure. From the exterior through to the windows, passersby can discover the curious bottles and numerous bags spread out over the floors. Once inside, you find yourself in another world. Forgotten is the hubbub of city life, here is a place of calm and change of scene with the impression of being taken back to an ancient pharmacy from the 19th century. The air is scented by the thousands of alleviating herbs. Baskets filled with herbs are sat on the counter, with old scales as well as books meriting the curative methods that you can file through as you like whilst waiting. Here, you can be cured of all number of evils thanks to the medicinal properties of certain plants. Insomnia, tiredness, migraines and much more, in an infusion of syrup, each problem seems to find its solution here. The herbalists who work there listen to you patiently, and advise you in an efficient way to relieve you of your aches and pains thanks to the capability of nature.

Open Monday 11am-7pm and Tuesday-Saturday 10am-7pm.
Costing around 27€ per cure.
