Exhibition: Botanic’Art
The first Parisian gallery consecrated to art and garden is exhibiting Anne-K Imbert’s sculptures and Rachel Levy’s photographs, until next May 24th. Their creations focus on the observation of flowers and plants from vegetable or flower gardens. Anne-K Imbert’s works are like miniature poems, which reflect the evanescence of flora. Using metal, the artists manages to convey moments of life, like the fragile beauty of a flower or an insect in a marsh. In her shots, Rachel Levy takes a look on flowers withering, from roses to narcissuses, to dahlias. She spent a year in Saint-Jean-de-Beauregard’s vegetable patch, to carry out these melancholic prints of extreme beauty and particularly colourful. A free exhibition which will thrill lovers of beautiful things and nature !
