Exhibition: Astérix at the BNF!
If you are a fan of Albert Uderzo’s Gauls, you will be thrilled to learn that an exhibition dedicated to these iconic ninth-art characters is to open on October 16th. The BNF (French national library) will present 120 non-colorized, ink drawings from the first two books of the series. It will also relate the childhood and youth of Albert Uderzo and of his friend René Goscinny, while putting the emphasis on their shared creations. Let’s not forget that in April 2011, Albert Uderzo gave 120 original Astérix plates to the Bibliothèque François Mitterrand.
Exhibition: “Astérix at the BNF!”, from October 16th, 2013 to January 19th, 2014.
Open Tuesday – Saturday from 10am to 7pm and on Sunday from 1pm to 7pm.
Closed on Mondays, on December 25th and on January 1st.
Full rate: €7 / Concession: €5.
