Exhibition: Treasures of Sand and Fire, Glass and Crystal at Les Arts Décoratifs, 14th-21st Century


The Musée des Arts Décoratifs possesses the largest glass and crystal collection in Europe from the 14th to the 21st century. With its exhibition "Treasures of Sand and Fire, Glass and Crystal at Les Arts Décoratifs, 14th-21st Century", the museum features over 600 glass pieces organized chronologically, from the Renaissance to the present day. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the history of art glass-making through the various art crafts and expertise as well as the techniques and styles specific to each period. A must-see retrospective for the lovers of fine objects and handicraft.

Exposition "Treasures of Sand and Fire, Glass and Crystal at Les Arts Décoratifs, 14th-21st Century", from April 9th to November 15th 2015.
Open Tuesday to Sunday from 11am to 6pm, and Thursday from 11am to 9pm.
Rates: from 9 to 19 euros.
