Exhibition: Angkor, Birth of a Myth


The Musée Guimet, specialized in Asian art, holds an exhibition about Cambodia, and more particularly about the Angkor temples, which are a national pride. Documents and works that belonged to French explorer Louis Delaporte (1842-1925) are exhibited, such as bas-relief castings and sculptures.

Exhibition: “Angkor: Birth of a myth – Louis Delaporte and Cambodia”, from October 16th, 2013 to January 13th, 2014.
Open every day except Tuesday, from 10am to 6pm.
Full rate: €8 / Concession: €6.
