The 1st Noël de Pari Fermier at the Parc Floral de Paris

For more than 20 years, Pari fermier plans markets to offer everyone the occasion to discover authentic products. Furthermore, visitors will have the opportunity to meet French farmers, all engaged in a sustainable farming who produce and sell themselves their harvests. This event dedicated to gastronomy and terroir is thus a 100% made in France meeting. This year, Pari Fermier launches its first Christmas market from December 18th to 20th 2015, at the Parc Floral de Paris, in the 12th district. 70 farmers from all the regions of France will be present at the exceptional setting of the bois de Vincennes. An ideal market to make a delicious festive meal! Capon, poultry, milk-fed veal, snails… there will be something to suit all tastes. A tasting stand will be waiting for the budding cooks, hosted by culinary columnist Gérard Baud, who will make recipes on site with the farm’s products. For this edition which highlights Christmas, craftspeople will come to show their works, as mohair clothing, organic cosmetics and even essential oils. Everyone will find gifts to put under the fir tree, or to treat themselves. Furthermore, there are numerous farm products to be won by drawing lots…
