Chocolate Break in the Best Tea Rooms of Paris
While the winter is blowing an iced wind we would rather enjoy a delicious and heartwarming hot chocolate, in a tea room so cozy, between two shopping sessions. For you only, the Gavarni hotel has prepared its list of the best hot chocolate of Paris, nearby the hotel.
Carette
Going down to the Place du Trocadéro (besides, we tell you about its Christmas Market, on Friday) make a stopover at Carette. Let you be seduced by one of the best hot chocolate of Paris, accompanied by a delicious pastry made by Frédérique Tessier, in a Art Deco atmosphere. So mouthwatering!
Open everyday from 7.30 am to 12 am (until 10.30 pm during winter)

La Maison du Chocolat
After the sumptuous Place du Trocadéro and its incredible view upon the Eiffel Tower, let's go to the most beautiful avenue of the world. The Avenue des Champs-Elysées is full of nice places to savor chocolate, among these there is La Maison du Chocolat. Ganaches, pralines and other fruits make each bite a delightful experience. You can enjoy a hot chocolate from Guayaquil (a city of the Republic of Ecuador) extra black.
Open from Monday to Saturday, from 10 am to 7.30 pm.

Angelina
Few steps away, rue de Rivoli, you can't miss the tea room Angelina, an unavoidable place for all people fond of good food. We particularly appreciate the Mont-Blanc, emblem of the sign, served in a decor where the old moldings and gilding are ever-present.
Open everyday from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm, on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 7 pm.

Jean-Paul Hévin
Moving away towards the Rue St. Honoré, we make a stop at the chocolate bar of Jean-Paul Hévin, the Lord of Chocolate, settles at the 1st floor of his shop. Here, whenever you want, you can enjoy delicious hot or cold chocolates, exclusively made by the chocolate maker. Our very favorite is the aphrodisiac hot chocolate with ginger and spices. Delightful!
The Jean-Paul Hévin tea room is open everyday from 10 am to 7.30 pm, until 7 pm on Wednesdays.
