Exhibition: Sur la piste des grands singes
The Muséum d’histoire naturelle (Natural History Museum) is presenting its brand new exhibition dedicated to great apes, entitled “On the trail of the great apes”. It is divided into five themed sections in which the morphological characteristics of chimpanzees, gorillas and orang-utans and their evolution are presented. In the fourth part of the exhibition, visitors will be invited to enter a tropical rainforest replica where they will be taught about the daily life of apes: how they live on the ground and climb trees, their social life, etc. The last section deals with the threats great apes are exposed to and the action plans we can participate in to protect them.
“Sur la piste des grands singes” exhibition, from February 11th to March 21st 2015.
Open every day, except on Tuesday, from 10am to 6pm.
Full rate: €11 / Reduced rate: €9.
