This exhibition scheduled until February 29th 2016 at the Cité de l’architecture invites us to discover the work method of Italian architect Renzo Piano and his team. Born on 14 September 1937 in a builder family, the creative is early steeped in this universe. With “La méthode Piano” (“The Piano method”), the builder’s whole creative process is reveals to the visitors. Piano works thus in team, in an atmosphere similar to a “laboratory”; to the point where we don’t know who had the initial idea! This way of working has born fruits and enabled to build a children’s hospital made of soil in Uganda, a vertical Low Courts or the Centre Pompidou in Paris. This retrospective comes back deeply on the collective’s six families of projects, made in Europe and in the United States. This event will delight the architecture lovers, which is nearby the Green Hotels Paris, the Eiffel Trocadéro and the Gavarni, in the 16^th district of Paris.
