Exhibition: Céleste Boursier-Mougenot, acquaalta
For his exhibition at the Parisian Palais de Tokyo, French artist Céleste Boursier-Mougenot draws inspiration from the acqua alta, the yearly flooding of the Venetian lagoon. The artist has imagined a lacustrian landscape where visitors are immersed in a tactile, visual and auditory experience distorting their perception of the place. Halfway between the real world he left and the virtual world he entered through this installation, the viewer is led to navigate through his own psyche. A metaphysical exhibition to discover until September 13th 2015, a few feet away from the Green Hotels Paris.
"Céleste Boursier-Mougenot: acquaalta" exhibition, from June 24th to September 13th 2015.
Open every day from 12pm to 12am, except on Tuesdays.
Full rate: €10 / Concession (visitors under 26 and over 60): €8 / Free for visitors under 18.
