La Cantina di Alfredo: discovering the Amalfi specialities

After going shopping in Victor Hugo quarter—located just nearby the Green Hotels Paris, the Eiffel Trocadéro and the Gavarni—we dash to eat at La Cantina di Alfredo. This family restaurant is the latest one of the Positano family—coming from the Amalfi Coast. Here, all the products used in the kitchen are directly imported from Italy—from Burrata to smoked salmon. We like the decoration of the place both cosy and picturesque with its red bricks walls, subdued lightings and wooden tables. About the menu, dishes are simple and generous—like the risotto with green asparagus, the spaghetti with tuna and olives or the pizza with cherry tomato, rocket and ricotta. The two star dishes of this Italian restaurant remain the tagliata with beef and the lasagne—which you must try. As for dessert, the younger ones will be delighted to taste the cake with polenta and blood orange—which will surprise their taste buds!

Open from Monday to Saturday from noon to 3pm and from 7pm to 11pm.
From September 2016, the restaurant will be opened 7 days a week.
A la carte: between €25 and €40.
