This winter, we think about the natural cures to fight against the cold, the first symptoms of cold or too heavy meals, by the brand Famille Mary, specialized in hive products. The brand launches two new recipes of organic grogs.

To ease digestion
Towards winter temperatures, we tend to eat more and fattier food. To fight against the feeling of overeating after meals and to ease digestion, we chose the Grog Digestion Bio (Organic Digestive Grog). Made of organic acacia honey, it contains 5 essential oils: verbena, peppermint, basil, ginger, rosemary. To use it, you dilute 1 to 2 teaspoons of grog in a cup of boiling water and there we go! To take after meals.

To clear your respiratory tracts
At the first signs of cold, we chose the Grog Respiration Bio (Organic Breathing Grog), made of organic acacia honey and 5 essential oils: eucalyptus, scotch pine, ginger, lavender and red myrtle. It helps to unblock the respiratory tracts in a natural way, thanks to this ancestral recipe. Here too, you just need to dilute 1 to 2 teaspoons of grog in a cup of boiling water before you drink it.

These two products will be available for sale from February 2017, by ordering on line on the website of Famille Mary, or by going directly into their shop. The closest one from the Green Hotels Paris, the Eiffel Trocadéro and the Gavarni, is on the rue Cler, in the 7th arrondissement, just a block away from the Eiffel Tower.

Open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10a.m. to 7:30p.m., and on Sunday from 10a.m. to 1p.m.
