Exhibition: Déboutonner la mode
For this exhibition entitled “Déboutonner la mode” (“Unbutton fashion”), the Arts Décoratifs museum unveils a collection of 3,700 buttons dating from the 18th to 20th centuries. They are presented along with over a hundred female and male garments and accessories by emblematic couturiers such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Christian Dior, Paul Poiret and Elsa Schiaparelli. The museum acquired this extraordinary collection in 2012; it was classified as a Work of Major Heritage Interest by the Consultative Commission on National Treasures.

Open Tuesday-Sunday from 11am to 6pm.
Late opening on Thursdays until 9pm.
Closed on Mondays and on May 1st 2015.
Full rate: €9,50 / Reduced rate: €8.
