The Taste of Paris festival returns to the Grand Palais for its 4th edition

As of today, and until May 20th, aspiring cooks will have the chance to attend the 4th edition of Taste of Paris, the festival dedicated to gastronomy, at the Grand Palais. 27 top chefs, 18 pop-up restaurants and many activities await the visitors. Let’s take a look at the programme.

Taste of Paris: meeting the greatest chefs
This gourmet event is the perfect opportunity for food lovers to meet their idols. This year, 27 top chefs are participating in the festival, including Alain Ducasse (Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée), Frédéric Anton (Le Pré Catelan), Anne-Sophie Pic (La Dame de Pic), Claire Heitzler (Ladurée) or even Denny Imbroisi (Epoca), to name only a few. They will reveal their secrets during masterclasses while preparing their signature dishes in the 18 pop-up restaurants settled beneath the Grand Palais’ dome.

Taste of Paris: the celebration of gastronomy
Taste of Paris will also be introducing cooking classes for children as well as for adults, within the Electrolux Secrets de Chefs area, as well as a Laurent Perrier champagne bar and more importantly, a 1000 sq m gourmet market. Indeed, the best producers and artisans will be presenting their products to the public. The legendary Ferrandi Paris School will also be attending the festival. Four former students will be there to represent the school, such as Yoni Saada and Nina Metayer.

The novelty of the year: the sweet pop-up restaurants where you will discover the creations of pastry chefs Christophe Michalak and Cédric Grolet (Le Meurice).
