Radioeat: the Maison de la radio’s new restaurant

Just two step-away from the Green Hotels Paris, the Eiffel Trocadéro and the Gavarni, the Maison de la Radio opens a new restaurant. Its name: Radioeat. Thought by the architect Stéphane Maupin, the restaurant offers a breath-taking view of the Eiffel tower. We come in this contemporary brasserie to taste the classic and creative cooking of the Chef Thierry Bassard. After spending 14 years at the head of the Tokyo Eat, the restaurant of the Palais de Tokyo, he took the control of the Radioeat. A la carte, for the starter, we have fresh figs with honey au gratin, fresh goat and rocket, or breaded olive and yogurt, stewed herbs and green chili. Regarding the courses, we get tempted by snail butter grilled squids, or by a veal shank cooked for 24 hours, seasoning salt and old-fashioned mashed potatoes. Finally, as dessert, we do not resist to the chocolate charlotte and its custard, or to the pear poched with wine and spices, crumble and cardamom smooth cream. The Radioeat is also an American cocktail bar, Le Belair and a smokehouse, to prolong the evening before regaining your hotel.

Open every day, for lunch and dinner.
Starters: from €7 to €22 / Courses: from €17 to €80 / Desserts: from €3,50 to €12.
Children’s menu: €11.
The Le Belair bar is open from Tuesday to Saturday, until 2a.m.
