On the occasion of the 2022 festival,  Taste Korea , at the Korean Cultural Centre, different domains are explored, from culinary discoveries to major south-Korean film projections, and also two exhibitions which reveal the rich variety of Korean culture, which mingles modernity and traditions. 

Amongst which  « Yeondeunghoe, un festival bouddhique de couleurs illuminées »,   a Buddhist festival of illuminated colours on the theme of the Korean lantern festival. For those who are not specialists, you must know that this celebration is a real institution in Korea. It has been indeed recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by the UNESCO. Every year, the lantern festival pays tribute to Korean Buddhist culture, with an impressive parade of thousands of people carrying paper lanterns.
