Comice: the gourmet restaurant of the avenue de Versailles
It’s on the Avenue de Versailles, in lieu of Yoni Saada’s restaurant, Miniatures, that the couple comprised of Noam Gedalof, the former chef of Sergent Recruteur, and his wife Etheliya Hananova, the wine stewardess, opened Comice. This gastronomic table puts together a modern French cuisine, displayed in a refined and coloured way. The decoration of the establishment was entrusted to Nicolas Kelemen. We appreciate the dark blue walls, the pearl grey seats and Peter Hoffer's paintings. The wine list showcases the harvests of artisan winemakers. As for the dishes, you can try their delicious pan-fried sea bass filet, with borlotti beans, chards, carrots and horseradish crème fraîche, or some foie gras cooked au torchon, chestnut-hazelnut financier, quince, pear, balsamico di Modena, and brioche. Comice is undoubtedly the best address to discover the French gastronomy during your stay in Paris.
Open for lunch from Thursday to Saturday, from 12:30p.m. to 1:30p.m., and for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, from 8p.m. to 9:30p.m.
Closed on Sunday and Monday, and at noon on Tuesday and Wednesday.
