The exhibition presents 80 photographies of eight women photographers who covered the wars of the past 80 years: from the years 30-40 to the latest conflicts. Distinct from the genre stereotypes, these artists have contributed to build our representation of these conflicts. Produced first in Germany, then shown in Switzerland, the exhibition asks the fundamental question of how images are constructed and how we look at reality.
