Nestled in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Edmond is a delicatessen which sells premium organic and gluten-free products. The graphic style interior decor is by MaisonRenards, a combination of quality materials like brass, green marble and wood. There are more than 2,500 different items waiting for shoppers. In addition to being an organic grocery, Edmond also has several kiosks selling fresh products to eat in or take away. Glutee Free's gluten free pasta, Good Organic Only's detox juice (that we told you about recently), and sweet or savoury gluten free eclairs, made by Chef Gregory Cohen, the creator of Mon Eclair, are sold on site. You can also enjoy fresh sandwiches, called Panivanda, by the starred Chef Benallal Akrame.
