What The Flower: Paris’ plantshop and natural hair salon
A natural hair salon and a flower shop in the same place, could it be possible? In Paris, yes! Opened in September 2017, the What The Flower natural concept store is an unusual place where green plant lovers can also have their hair done. Behind this hybrid address is Justine Jeannin, hairdresser for 15 years. After working in the largest hair salons in Paris, she decided to convert to more natural styling methods. Since she was small, she has been attracted to plants, so she had the idea to associate her two passions in the same space. That’s how the Plantshop and natural hair salon What The Flower was born! At the shop, it is possible to benefit from a natural colouring, used with products of the Hairborist brand, a cut or a treatment, while discovering a selection of indoor plants and urban gardening articles. As a bonus, Justine Jeannin also organizes hair and plant workshops: plant embroidery, terrarium, macramé or kokedama. And because she is not stingy with gardening tips, the designer also gives valuable advice on plants via her blog Sweetyoxalis.com (website only available in French), founded in 2015!
