Exhibition: L’Ecriture dessinée
The Maison de Balzac is located a few feet away from the Green Hotels Paris, in the Passy neighborhood of the French capital. It is in this historical site, where the famous French writer used to write, that an exhibition dedicated to drawings of writings, art initiated by the artist himself, takes place. We discover the inspiration aroused by Balzac's works on pictorial artists of the 19th and 20th centuries, such as Picasso, Cocteau, Rodin or Dotremont. Around a hundred works are thus showcased, from sculptures to engravings, from drawings to paintings.
"L'écriture dessinée" exhibition, from March 13th to June 21st 2015.
Open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm.
Closed on Mondays and public holidays.
Full rate: €5 / Free for visitors under 18.
