A real treasure among Parisian gastronomic restaurants, the Etc is located in the fancy 16th arrondissement, not far from the place de l'Etoile. Its name may sound intriguing, but this bistro is mostly liked for its contemporary chic decor, with its elegant ebony colors. Created by the collaboration between Christian Le Squer and Bernard Pinaud in 2008, Etc quickly acquired a solid reputation in gastronomy, and was even granted a star in the Michelin guide.
