Jérémie celebrates bistronomic cuisine!

It’s in the rue de Longchamp—just nearby the Green Hotels Paris—the Eiffel Trocadéro and the Gavarni—that Chef Jérémie Tourdjman opened his eponymous restaurant at the end of 2014—Jérémie. Trained with Alain Dutournier at the Carré des Feuillants then with Alain Ducasse at the Louis XV in Monaco, he has been running for 4 years Christophe Constant and Stéphane Schmidt’s Violon d’Ingres in Paris. Since, he concocts seasonal bistronomic cuisine in his own restaurant—with a menu evolving every 6 to 8 weeks. On the spot, you can enjoy a thigh of guinea fowl with sage or a pad of fried pollack, stewed peas, beans, zucchini, marjolam and sarrasin-flavoured biscuit—or—a marinated octopus salad—served with hummus and citrus fruits. As for dessert, the apricots pie with the mascarpone cream with vanilla and the verbena jelly is delicious. The Chef wanted a simple and elegant decoration with limited-printing photographs on the walls, lots of white and glass (pampilles) chandeliers.

Open from Monday through Friday from noon to 2pm and from 7pm to 10:30pm, and on Saturday from 7pm to 10:30pm.
Menus: from €40 to 75.
