Quinte: the design restaurant of the 16th arrondissement
Following Mets Gusto, opened in 2008 with a friend, French Chef Gaël Boulay has opened Quinte, his new Parisian restaurant near the Green Hotels Paris. Trained in Switzerland's top luxury hotels, Gaël Boulay then made a name for himself at the Parisian Four Seasons Hotel George V as Assistant Chef, and then by Michel Troisgros at La Table du Lancaster. Quinte is a highly uncluttered and bright design restaurant decorated with oak furniture, leather and grey and blue hues on the walls. Incidentally, the chef has set up this new restaurant in place of his former establishment! On the menu this summer, you will find many dishes made using fishes, such as a first course comprising octopus, clam, chorizo and beans. As a main course, we suggest you succumb to the wild turbot from Brittany, served with new potatoes and a shellfish juice. For dessert, the gariguette strawberries and fresh herbs sorbet are the ideal sweet touch to end this summer lunch on a high note.
Open Tuesday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm and from 7:30pm to 10pm, and on Saturday from 7:30pm to 10pm only.
Closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Lunch for €29.
