Parking Day reinvents the city

On September 19th 2014, you will be able to challenge your creativity during the Parking Day. This international green event focuses on the following question: "Could we find something else than cars on parking lots?" The reflexion on the subject gave an incredible result based on a collaboration between citizens, activists and artists. With micro-gardens, playground areas, workshops and more, parking lots become far more convivial places. Anyone can take part in the event, you just have to register, tell on which zone you want to work and pay for your parking lot, which, thanks to you, will not be a parking lot anymore. The event aims at encouraging people to own the public space and think about the best way to organize it. All this could lead to the creation of our future towns and cities.

Park(ing) Day, September 19th 2014, from 10am.
Price: you only pay for the parking lot.
