Exhibition: Pasteur, l’expérimentateur
The Palais de la Découverte dedicates its new exhibition to the scientist Louis Pasteur (1822-1895). Until August 19th, 2018, the museum is interested in the works realised by Pasteur, namely how he conquered rabies, but not only. Indeed, his name is associated to numerous progresses in the area of microbiology, but also chemistry. He was one of the rare scientists to become a legend in his lifetime. For this retrospective, the Palais de la Découverte presents films, animated models, automatons, games, or even, optical theatres, to allow the youngest visitors to have fun while learning. From the age of 9, the children can also handle objects that come from installations along the journey. This event will please the science and medicine lovers. It is to be visited a few subway stations from the Green Hotels Paris, the Eiffel Trocadéro and the Gavarni.
