Exhibition: Paris Magnum
The Hotel de Ville has gathered together 150 photographs from Magnum Photos (Henri Cartier-Bresson, Robert Capa, and Martin Parr) for a free exhibition entitled Paris Magnum. Depicting the everyday life of famous and anonymous Parisians from 1930 to nowadays, it retraces the evolution of the capital’s architecture, including the Louvre Pyramid, the Grande Arche of the Defense and the Centre Pompidou. This retrospective also tackles some important events of History, such as the 1936 strikes, the Liberation in 1944, the Algerian War and the May ’68 demonstrations.

Open Monday-Saturday from 10am to 6.30pm.
Closed on Sunday and on January 1st 2015.
Free entrance.
