Exhibition: Marianne Mispelaëre

While it is still possible to visit Kader Attia & Jean Jacques Lebel’s retrospective entitled “One and other”, at the Palais de Tokyo, the museum welcomes Marianne Mispelaëre who is presenting her artworks until May 13th, 2018. Grand Prix winner of the 62nd salon de Montrouge, Marianne Mispelaëre explores through drawing, destroyed monuments which leave a void in the landscapes they used to occupy. With these architectures which were demolished in the name of ideologies, the French artist questions the notions of absence, erasure and appearance. These edifices become ghosts in her creation process, like fragile witnesses of our modern history. This contemporary art exhibition is available just a few-minute walk away from the Green Hotels Paris, the Eiffel Trocadéro and the Gavarni, at the heart of the 16th arrondissement.

Exhibition “Marianne Mispelaëre”, from February 16th to May 13th, 2018.
Open from noon to midnight, every day except on Tuesday.
Full fare: €12 / Concessions (18-25 and +60): €9 / Free for those under 18.
