Exhibition: Le Pérugin, Maître de Raphaël
The musée Jacquemart-André is presenting its new exhibition about the work of one of the greatest painters of the Italian Renaissance: Pietro Perugino (1450-1523). He notably was Raphaël’s master, and profoundly influenced the 15th century with his luminous and colourful art. The stylistic continuity between the painter and his disciple is central in this exhibition that focuses on two main themes of both of their work: portrait and landscape.
