The Paris expo Porte de Versailles hosts a reproduction of the most famous cave in prehistory: the Lascaux Cave. After being featured all around the world (Chicago, Montreal, Bordeaux, Brussels etc.), this retrospective settles in the French capital for the entire summer. Visitors and their family are invited to discover this authentic treasure of Paleolithic cave art. The tour will be carried out virtually in 3D, but also through photographs, archive videos, models, and castings of an old man, a woman, a teenager and a child by artist Elisabeth Daynes. Five areas of the Lascaux Cave have also been reproduced to allow visitors to imagine being on the official site.
