Exhibition: La Seine, Hauts-de-Seine / Yvelines
Until 8th December 2016, the Department of Hauts-de-Seine has a free exhibition of large format outdoor photographs about the Seine. 37 images help us to discover the Hauts-de-Seine's famous river as far as Yvelines, from the Domaine départemental de Sceaux, as far as the Parc départemental des Chanteraines in Villeneuve-la-Garenne/Gennevilliers. The two departments will each have half the pictures, which show different aspects of the Seine. Those who are interested can also admire the collegiate church of Mantes, the work of rescue divers and lock operators, the islands of Jatte and Seguin, the water sports or the Cité de la Céramique in Sèvres. So many sights that show how the life of the towns and their inhabitants is closely linked to that of the river.
Exhibition "La Seine – Hauts-de-Seine – Yvelines", from 8th June to 8th December 2016.
Free access.
