Exhibition: Jardins intérieurs
Until May 15th, the galerie Jardins en Art is hosting a stunning free exhibition on the theme of the decoration of gardens and nature. For the occasion, some artists' wallpapers in limited edition as well as furniture will be presented to the public.
Nature: a source of inspiration for artists
From the outset, flora and fauna have been embellishing the most remarkable artworks, from paintings to sculpture. Jardins en Art will be displaying wallpapers created by artists such as Rachel Levy, Rafael Gray, Ulrika Liljedahl and Etienne Yver. Their motifs are an ode to the beauty and wealth of nature. The gallery will also unveil wrought iron furniture for the house and gardens, crafted by blacksmith Jérôme Quilan. Mirrors with branches decorated with vine leaves, living-room lamps, coffee tables and folding screens reveal a patina of gold and bronze which are reminiscent of nature’s shades. Don’t wait any longer and go discover these colourful creations in Paris’ 6th arrondissement!
