Exhibition: Cold
While hosting "Patate!" until January 6th, 2019, the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie of Paris is unveiling another retrospective, entitled "Cold", until August 26th, 2018. This scientific exhibition available in French, English and Italian from the age of 9, presents the notion of cold, whether it is natural cold or ”manufactured cold”, made by machines created by human beings. The exhibition layout is divided into three parts: “Défis pour le vivant" (“Challenges for the living”) on the human body and living organisms, "Défis pour la société" (“Challenges for the society”) and the impact of the cold on the industry and people’s daily lives, and “Défis pour la science” (“Challenges for science”) on research. Children and adults will be able to discover if the cold has limits, how it is made, or even, if certain industrial projects would exist without it.
Exhibition "Cold", from December 5th, 2017 to August 26th, 2018.
Open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10a.m. to 6p.m and on Sunday from 10a.m. to 7p.m.
Closed on Monday.
Full rate: €12 / Concessions: €9.
