Exhibition: Benjamin Katz
The Musée d'Art moderne de la Ville de Paris is exhibiting 70 photographs from its permanent collection by Benjamin Katz. It is actually a selection made from over 200 that have just joined the museum's collections, thanks to a donation from the Friends of the Museum. Several major series are presented here, dating from the 1970s to today, including some involving artists in the collection such as Niele Toroni, Georg Baselitz and Eugène Leroy. There are also some portraits, such as those of artists Andy Warhol, André Kertész and Josef Beuys. This retrospective, which allows you to revisit the entire career of the artist, who lives and works in Cologne, is only yards from Green Hotels Paris, the Eiffel Trocadéro and the Gavarni.
Exhibition "Benjamin Katz", from 30th September to 31st December 2016.
Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10a.m. to 6p.m.
