The Paris Museum of Modern Art presents the first retrospective exhibition dedicated to Anita Molinero in a Parisian institution. This exhibition traces the different periods of her artistic evolution: from her very first works at the end of the 80’s - some of which have disappeared and are therefore presented by photos - to her latest creations, amongst which some were produced specially for this event.

The name of the exhibition, whose phonetic refers to science-fiction, recalls simultaneously the sculptural practices of the artist ( « extrude » means «  to give a shape to a material by constraining it ») and to one of the favorite materials she uses: extruded polystyrene.
