Exhibition: Aardman, Art that takes shape
For its new exhibition, the Art Ludique Museum offers the public a chance to visit the British Aardman studios –creators of the Wallace and Gromit characters– behind the scenes. Following the Marvel superheroes and creatures from the Studio Ghibli, this retrospective focuses on these specialists in clay animation. Fans and neophytes will, for instance, discover the vegetable garden of Gromit, the dog who solely expresses himself through his eyebrows, or even the wacky machines designed by Wallace. Through sketches and short and medium-length films, you will know the ins and outs of these heroes invented by Nick Park!
“Aardman, Art that takes shape” exhibition, from March 21st to August 30th 2015.
Open Monday and Thursday from 11am to 7pm, Wednesday and Friday from 11am to 10pm, and on the weekend from 10am to 8pm.
Closed on Tuesday.
Full rate: 15 euros / Concession (for students): 12 euros / 9,50 euros for visitors from 4 to 12 years old.
