Exhibition: Gaumont, depuis que le cinéma existe
On the occasion of the Gaumont Film Company's 120th birthday, the Cent Quatre –a public cultural center in Paris– organizes a vast retrospective revisiting over a century of cinema. Through film extracts, the screening of remastered classics, costumes, posters and film memorabilia, visitors will be able to understand the origins of this art. Put together by Dominique Païni, this free exhibition also allows the public to grasp the different techniques specific to the cinema, as well as discover the various film industry professions.
