Boulbar: when the urban fashion makes itself ethical
Boulbar is the story of two friends, Marion and Agathe, who wished to create their own urban and ethical brand with the aim of combining creation and solidarity, towards a minimalist style. In 2014, they create a trendy brand of t-shirts and sweat-shirts with graphic drawings for men and women, with organic cotton from fair trade, as well as fair and organic tote bags. Marion, who is graphic designer and passionate about illustration and decoration, makes herself the clothes’ drawings with an acrylic paint, which are then silk-screen printed in France. Boulbar takes inspiration from various artistic universes, as music, Street Art, tattoos and even contemporary art. The brand has several certifications, as Fair Wear, which guarantees fair working conditions, or Oeko Tex which authenticates irreproachable textiles for our health and the earth. The manufacture of the clothes is mostly made with low-energy machines. This is the proof that an urban and environmentally responsible trend is possible! The collections are available in Paris, as at Babel Concept-Store in the 10th district.
€12 the tote bag / €35 the woman or man t-shirt.
